Custom designs just for you
Warbird Fishing Gear now offers the opportunity for any and all outdoorsmen to personally customize their very own OTP long sleeve shirts! Follow the steps below to get your fishing team, business or event underway!
1. Choose one of the following artwork options:
- Your personal logo and/or design
- Custom artwork, created by Warbird Fishing Gear’s very own artist, Captain Matthew Shunk, customized around your thoughts and inspirations for your own design
2. Choose placement for printing:
- Back
- Front left chest
- Left sleeve (optional)
There are two printing techniques offered when creating the final product: sublimation and screen print. The sublimation printing process uses heat to transfer and infuse the ink onto the fabric; this technique is usually used for high quality and detailed artwork. Screen printing is a more popular method of printing an image such as a logo, and is achieved by pressing ink through a screen, with areas where no ink is desired blocked off by a stencil. We offer sublimation on the back of the shirt to maximize the quality of your design; the front left chest and optional left sleeve will be screen-printed.
Once the printing process is complete, a digital sample will be presented for final approval before the order is fulfilled. If you have opted to take advantage of custom artwork by our artist, three design changes are permitted (subsequent changes will be charged extra). Once the design is final and approved, you have the option to request a printed sample.
